Returns + Exchanges

+ Sometimes, we all do change our mind in the process. If you did, and you didn’t wear your mala, bracelet or piece of jewelry and the package is still not open, you can send us back your jewelry within the 7 days after the arrival of your delivery. Shipping and handling fees are not covered and are the responsibility of the sender.

+ If your mala/ bracelets or piece of jewelry arrives broken or breaks within the 7 days of arrival or you didn’t receive the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at love@dalaimala.com. In this case we will cover the shipping fees just for you.

 

+ Please return your items to us through a postal service (ex. Canada Post, USPS Post). We will not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges.

+ We don't do refunds on any purchases. Please note that we will only do exchanges (except for specific cases).

 

 

+ For exchanges, please include a note with your package indicating with what item you would like to exchange and your return address or send us a email. You are also required to cover the cost of shipping of your new product back to you. Payment options include: Paypal, VISA and MasterCard.
